Off-line, once the transaction has been processed, we do not store the credit card information in your data in our database. We will store your personal information unless you have asked us not to. Our database is password-protected and only available via workstations in our offices; only employees and Board members of Present Music are permitted to access the database. Paper copies of transaction data are stored in a secure location in our offices and those of a third party accounting service because we maintain them for audit purposes.
